NEW DELHI: JSW Motors has appointed Pankaj Doval as its Senior Vice President – Corporate Affairs & Public Policy, strengthening its leadership team as the company prepares to expand its presence in India's automotive sector.

In his new role, Doval will lead the company's corporate affairs, government relations, regulatory engagement and public policy initiatives. He will work closely with policymakers, industry bodies and key stakeholders to support JSW Motors' long-term business strategy and growth plans.

Doval brings over two decades of experience spanning corporate communications, public affairs, government relations and strategic policy engagement. He has held leadership roles across the automotive, media and corporate sectors and is known for driving stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy.

His appointment comes at a time when JSW Motors is accelerating its plans in the electric mobility and passenger vehicle segments, with a focus on strengthening partnerships, expanding manufacturing capabilities and supporting India's transition to sustainable mobility.

The company said Doval's extensive experience in corporate affairs and public policy will play a key role in navigating the evolving regulatory landscape and reinforcing engagement with government and industry stakeholders.
