o9 gains a strong start to 2025 with continued growth in new customer acquisition

NEW DELHI: Enterprise AI software platform provider o9 has announced a 60% year-over-year growth in new customer acquisition for Q1 2025, signaling a robust beginning to the year. The company's global momentum is reflected in strong customer additions, successful platform go-lives, and executive engagement through global events.
In the first quarter of 2025, o9 signed several new clients across manufacturing and retail sectors, with notable traction in North America and EMEA. Companies from industries including automotive, consumer goods, fashion, and specialty retail turned to o9 for enhanced planning, forecasting, and decision-making. In addition, numerous existing customers expanded their engagement with the o9 platform, reinforcing its value as a long-term transformation partner.
The quarter also featured numerous go-lives, including deployments of demand planning, supply planning, procurement analytics, and master planning across various industries. These implementations highlighted the o9 platform’s scalability and diverse application across global planning needs.
o9 introduced a suite of upgrades to its Digital Brain platform in Q1. These enhancements included improved data handling, visualization, and UI/UX, as well as updates to modules such as Supplier Collaboration, In-Memory Compute, Analytics, and Sustainability Solutions. The advancements aim to boost scalability, accuracy, and ease of use across planning workflows.
Expanding its global presence, o9 opened a new office in Hyderabad, India in January 2025. This move supports the company’s continued investment in innovation and talent development in the region.

Its aim10x digital 2025 virtual summit drew over 6,700 registrants and featured 25+ speakers from the consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Meanwhile, at the World Economic Forum 2025, o9 hosted a private roundtable on how AI is revolutionizing enterprise decision-making by enhancing resilience, cross-functional collaboration, and value creation.
In Q1, o9 also hosted over 90 business and technology leaders for its "Go & See" experience, showcasing how a major telecom enterprise streamlined its planning systems, improved decision-making, and boosted supplier collaboration using the o9 platform.
