Philips inaugurates new innovation campus in Yelahanka, Bengaluru

NEW DELHI: Royal Philips, a global leader in health technology, today announced the launch of its new innovation campus in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The 650,000 sq. ft. campus will accommodate over 5,000 professionals working on innovative health technologies aimed at improving patient experiences, achieving better health outcomes, improving staff experiences, and lowering the cost of care. 
 
The new center in Bengaluru not only signifies a landmark in Philips' global footprint but will also play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the healthcare landscape in India and beyond. For Philips, digital connectivity and technological innovation are key to expanding access to care and achieving universal health coverage. These form core elements of Philips’ aspiration to improve the lives of 400 million people a year in underserved communities – which is part of the goal to improve the lives of 2.5 billion people a year by 2030.
 
With approximately 9,000 employees already contributing to Philips' mission across India, the company has established a strong presence in the country. Its Healthcare Innovation Center in Pune, Global Business Services in Chennai, and commercial teams in Gurgaon are integral to Philips' operations.
