o9 Solutions, Snowflake partner to boost AI-powered enterprise planning
NEW DELHI: o9 Solutions has announced a new integration with Snowflake through Snowflake’s Connected Application framework, aimed at advancing enterprise planning and decision-making on a unified and governed data foundation.
The integration connects the o9 Digital Brain platform with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, enabling enterprises to use governed enterprise data directly within AI-powered planning models and operational workflows across supply chain, commercial, and financial functions.
The companies said the Connected Application is designed to help large and complex organisations eliminate data silos and create a continuous flow of information between Snowflake and o9, replacing fragmented point-to-point integrations with a more standardised and scalable architecture.
Under the new framework, data stored in Snowflake can be directly accessed within o9’s planning and decision models, while outputs generated by o9 can be written back into the Snowflake AI Data Cloud for use in downstream systems, analytics, and execution processes. The integration aims to create a closed-loop planning ecosystem that links enterprise data, planning, and operational execution in real time.
According to the companies, the integration will allow enterprises to streamline supply chain planning using governed real-time data, optimise inventory and service levels by reducing latency between insights and execution, and better align operational and financial plans on a continuously updated shared data platform.
The Connected Application is also expected to help businesses respond more quickly to changing market conditions through automated and intelligence-driven decision-making at scale.
o9 and Snowflake already serve several joint enterprise customers globally across industries including retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing. The companies said the latest integration further strengthens their collaboration by providing a more seamless and standardised way to connect enterprise planning systems with cloud-based data infrastructure.
Chakri Gottemukkala, Co-Founder and CEO of o9 Solutions, said enterprises increasingly face challenges in converting large volumes of data into aligned business decisions, adding that the new integration helps organisations connect data foundations more directly with planning capabilities.
Liana Shuma, Senior Manager, Strategic Industry ISVs at Snowflake, said the collaboration enables enterprises to move from insight to action faster by embedding advanced planning and decision-making capabilities within the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
The announcement reflects growing enterprise demand for integrated AI-powered planning platforms capable of supporting real-time decision intelligence amid increasingly volatile business environments.
