India, Nordic nations strengthen ties through talks on green energy, technology and climate cooperat

NEW DELHI: India and Nordic countries held high-level discussions aimed at deepening cooperation in green energy, emerging technologies, climate action, and investment partnerships as New Delhi continues to strengthen its strategic engagement with European nations. 

The talks focused on expanding collaboration in renewable energy, clean technologies, sustainable infrastructure, digital innovation, and climate-resilient development. Officials from both sides highlighted the growing importance of India-Nordic cooperation in addressing global challenges related to energy transition, environmental sustainability, and technological advancement.

During the meetings, leaders discussed opportunities for joint investments in sectors such as green hydrogen, electric mobility, smart cities, clean manufacturing, and artificial intelligence.
