Banana Club opens 20th Store in Tirupati, expands South India presence

NEW DELHI: Menswear fashion brand Banana Club has strengthened its retail footprint with the launch of its 20th store in Tirupati, marking another step in its aggressive offline expansion strategy. The new outlet aims to enhance the brand’s presence in South India and improve accessibility for customers in the region.

The Tirupati store opening comes shortly after Banana Club expanded into Mysore and Hyderabad’s Himayatnagar locality, reflecting the company’s rapid growth plans. Founded in Bengaluru by Neel Bafna and Prashanth Lalwani in 2023, the brand follows an offline-first retail model focused on trendy menswear.

Currently, Banana Club operates stores across cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Indore, Chennai, Mysore, and Tirupati. The company has announced plans to scale its network to 50 outlets by the end of 2026 as part of its nationwide expansion roadmap.

Apart from physical stores, Banana Club sells through its direct-to-consumer website, mobile app, and online marketplaces such as Myntra. The company is currently operating at an annualised revenue run rate (ARR) of ?150 crore and has set a target of reaching ?300 crore ARR by 2027
