o9 grows subscription revenue by 37% in 2024

NEW DELHI: o9, a leading enterprise AI software platform provider for transforming planning and decision-making, today reported that its subscription revenue grew by 37% year-over-year in 2024.

During 2024, o9 established numerous new client partnerships with marquee companies in sectors as diverse as consumer goods, automotive, retail, and industrial manufacturing. Notable new clients included a leading global producer of petrochemical products, one of the largest processed food companies in the U.S., an iconic global beverage brand, and one of the world’s most recognizable automobile manufacturers, among others. o9 also broadened its reach geographically, with outsized growth in key Asia Pacific and Latin American markets.

o9 also significantly expanded engagements among its existing clients across multiple industries, including consumer electronics, medical devices, automotive suppliers, telecom, and several global retail, fashion and apparel, food and beverage companies. The Company successfully completed more than 70 go-lives at many leading brands throughout the globe, representing a wide range of use cases.

In 2024, o9 enhanced its Digital Brain platform by introducing GenAI-powered Large Language Model (LLM) composite agents. In addition to commencing multiple pilots, the Company signed the first commercial engagement of its GenAI offering during the year.

o9 continued to advance its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives in 2024, including the formalization of a Climate Transition Plan to meet its decarbonization targets by 2040 and the renewal of ISO 14001 certification. Employees across the globe contributed over 5,000 volunteer hours through global and regional initiatives designed to create positive and social environmental impact.

o9's Chief Revenue Officer Stephan de Barse, who has been with the company since 2018, will leave the Company effective March 31, 2025 to pursue other interests. o9 has initiated a search process to identify a successor for the role. Igor Rikalo, o9's President and COO, will serve as interim CRO to ensure a smooth transition.
