DLF Retail launches Midtown Plaza, its first neighbourhood lifestyle destination in West Delhi

NEW DELHI: DLF Retail has launched DLF Midtown Plaza, its first neighbourhood lifestyle plaza, in Moti Nagar, West Delhi, offering residents a curated destination combining shopping, dining, entertainment and community experiences.

Located on Shivaji Marg, the approximately 2.8 lakh sq. ft. plaza caters to a catchment of nearly 2.5 million residents across West Delhi. The development brings together around 150 brands, spanning fashion, lifestyle, food and beverage, entertainment and everyday conveniences.

The retail mix includes prominent brands such as Go Fresh, Reliance Digital, Mr. DIY and HomeStop, while entertainment is anchored by a three-screen PVR Cinemas multiplex. The plaza also features a selection of indigenous and emerging brands, several of which are making their debut in West Delhi.

Among the fashion and lifestyle offerings are House of Kari, Basanti (Kapde & Koffee), Roza and Office & You, while jewellery brands include Sangeeta Boochra, Bluestone, Sennes and Palmonas.

Midtown Plaza also offers an extensive food and beverage portfolio designed to cater to both younger consumers and families. Its café lineup includes Alienkind, Blue Tokai, Third Wave Coffee, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Dohful, Chaayos and Keventers.

The dining options include Café Tonino, Spezia Bistro, Dasaprakash, Draavin Canteen, Punjab Grill, YouMee, Prince Chaat, Aku’s Burger, Underdoggs and Mount Fuji, positioning the plaza as an all-day dining destination for the neighbourhood.

The launch has been supported by DLF Retail's “Hello Neighbour” campaign, which celebrates West Delhi's distinctive culture of community and familiarity. The campaign features residents from neighbouring DLF One Mid Town and Capital Greens societies and is being promoted across print, outdoor and digital platforms.

Commenting on the launch, Pushpa Bector, Group Executive Director and Business Head, DLF Retail, said Midtown Plaza reflects the evolution of neighbourhood retail and is designed to bring shopping, dining, entertainment and everyday conveniences together in a community-focused format.

She said the launch marks an important step in DLF Retail's portfolio expansion, with the company aiming to create destinations that become an integral part of everyday life rather than simply serving as conventional retail centres.

The new destination has also attracted established food, fashion and beauty brands. Ranjit Paliath, CEO, Lite Bite Foods, said the company was pleased to bring Punjab Grill and YouMee to West Delhi through Midtown Plaza.

Meanwhile, Sonali Bhambi and Raghav Bhambi, Directors, TONI&GUY, said the brand's new salon at Midtown Plaza would strengthen its presence in Delhi while bringing international hairdressing expertise and personalised services closer to customers.

Sumit Israni, Creative & Managing Director, Geetanjali Salon, said the company was proud to be part of Midtown Plaza and aimed to create a salon experience reflecting the warmth and energy of the West Delhi neighbourhood.

Since its launch, Midtown Plaza has hosted a range of curated experiences, including exclusive PVR screenings, wellness activations by Kama Ayurveda and SoulTree, store launches and resident engagement programmes.

With its growing mix of retail, dining and experiential offerings, DLF Midtown Plaza is positioned as a new lifestyle and social hub for West Delhi, reflecting the growing shift towards neighbourhood-focused retail destinations that combine everyday convenience with entertainment and community experiences.
