NEW DELHI: Tech Mahindra has launched a comprehensive new artificial intelligence strategy titled ‘AI Delivered Right’, aimed at helping enterprises adopt AI with purpose, precision, and responsibility.

Rooted in the company’s extensive AI expertise—including the successful development and open-sourcing of India’s first foundational Large Language Model (LLM), Project Indus—the strategy seeks to move businesses beyond proof-of-concept to scalable AI implementation across key industries.

The newly unveiled strategy focuses on equipping enterprises with the right tools, frameworks, and ecosystem partnerships to maximize returns on AI investments. It aligns AI deployment with smart data practices, optimized resource allocation, and seamless integration with hyper scalers—while also enabling the modernization of legacy systems for enhanced productivity.

The ‘AI Delivered Right’ strategy is built on four core pillars:

1. Transformation Delivered – Embedding AI into enterprise processes to unlock new business models.

2. Productivity Delivered – Enhancing efficiency through intelligent automation and real-time decision-making.

3. Innovation Delivered – Enabling next-gen products, services, and experiences using advanced AI.

4. Assurance Delivered – Ensuring responsible AI adoption through governance, ethics, and trust frameworks.
