Tech Mahindra unveils agentic payment and collections solution for telcos at MWC 2026

NEW DELHI:Tech Mahindra has unveiled its Agentic Payment Assistance and Collections Optimisation Solution for telecom operators at Mobile World Congress 2026, aimed at helping telecom companies enhance payment recovery, improve customer engagement and streamline collections processes through AI-driven automation.

The new solution leverages agentic AI capabilities to enable telecom service providers to intelligently manage payment assistance, predict customer payment behaviour and optimise collection strategies. By analysing customer data and usage patterns, the platform can personalise communication, automate payment reminders and recommend flexible payment options to improve recovery rates while maintaining a positive customer experience.

According to Tech Mahindra, the solution is designed to address growing challenges faced by telecom operators, including rising subscriber bases, delayed payments and the need for efficient revenue management systems. The platform integrates advanced analytics, automation and AI-powered decision-making tools to support smarter collections and financial operations.
