Tech Mahindra and Microsoft launch agentic AI platform for telecom data transformation
NEW DELHI: Tech Mahindra has collaborated with Microsoft to launch an ontology-driven Agentic AI platform aimed at accelerating telecom and enterprise data modernisation. The solution, built on Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry, enables explainable, auditable and real-time AI-powered decision-making while ensuring secure and governed deployment of AI agents.
The platform is designed to address growing complexity in enterprise data ecosystems as telecom operators expand through mergers, acquisitions and large-scale digital transformations. By converting enterprise metadata into structured and reusable data products, the solution helps organisations accelerate data mesh adoption and improve operational intelligence.
Through multi-agent orchestration, the platform enables real-time monitoring and automated insights across telecom use cases such as churn prediction, fraud detection, revenue assurance and network optimisation. Its semantic-first architecture also reduces AI hallucination risks and strengthens compliance in highly regulated telecom environments.
