NEW DELHI: Vodafone Business, the enterprise arm of VodafoneThree, has signed a Strategic Framework Agreement with Tech Mahindra to help organisations across the United Kingdom accelerate digital transformation and adopt emerging technologies. The partnership will combine Vodafone Business’ connectivity and digital infrastructure capabilities with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in AI-led transformation, digital engineering, systems integration and managed services.

The agreement establishes a structured framework for executive engagement, co-innovation and joint go-to-market initiatives. The two companies will identify opportunities where their complementary capabilities can help UK organisations simplify operations, modernise technology environments and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Focus on AI, automation and private 5G

Under the partnership, Vodafone Business and Tech Mahindra will develop industry-focused solutions using artificial intelligence, automation, private 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud and data technologies.

These solutions are expected to help businesses modernise operations, strengthen digital resilience, accelerate technology adoption and explore new business models. The collaboration will particularly focus on helping enterprises move from technology experimentation towards practical, large-scale implementation.

Combining connectivity with technology expertise

Vodafone Business will contribute its enterprise connectivity, digital infrastructure, technology and security capabilities, while Tech Mahindra will bring its expertise in AI, digital engineering, cloud, data and managed services.

Tech Mahindra has a strong presence in the UK and operates globally across technology consulting and digital solutions. Its partnership with Vodafone Business is expected to help UK enterprises modernise complex technology and operating environments while accelerating AI-led transformation.
