RouteMatic, Green SM partner to accelerate EV adoption in corporate transportation
NEW DELHI: AI-enabled corporate mobility solutions provider RouteMatic has entered into a strategic partnership with Green SM, the Vietnam-originated all-electric mobility brand, to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in India's corporate transportation sector.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during Green SM's official India launch event in New Delhi, marking a significant step towards promoting sustainable workforce mobility and supporting enterprises in achieving their environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives.
Under the partnership, RouteMatic will integrate Green SM's electric vehicle fleet into its corporate mobility operations, enabling businesses to access fully electric transportation solutions for employee commuting while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability and operational efficiency. The collaboration combines Green SM's all-electric fleet capabilities with RouteMatic's AI-powered transportation management platform, route optimization technology and operational expertise.
The partnership further strengthens RouteMatic's ongoing efforts to drive fleet electrification across major business hubs, including Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi-NCR. According to the company, the deployment of more than 400 electric vehicles across Bengaluru and Pune has already helped enterprises avoid approximately 15.7 lakh litres of fuel consumption annually, highlighting the environmental benefits of large-scale EV adoption.
Kavitha Ramachandragowda, Co-Founder and Executive Director of RouteMatic, said the collaboration aligns with the company's long-term vision of sustainable mobility and will help scale electric employee transportation solutions while continuing to deliver operational excellence to enterprise customers.
Green SM India CEO Bach Tuan Anh said the partnership combines Green SM's expertise in all-electric fleet operations with RouteMatic's deep understanding of corporate mobility, creating practical and scalable transportation solutions for businesses in India.
Green SM officially commenced operations in India on June 5, 2026, with Delhi-NCR as its first market. The company operates an all-electric ride-hailing model built around the VinFast Limo Green seven-seater electric SUV and aims to expand sustainable transportation solutions across the country.
With India's corporate mobility sector witnessing rapid growth due to expanding business hubs, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and increasing sustainability commitments, the partnership is expected to support enterprises in reducing carbon emissions while advancing the country's broader goals around clean transportation and net-zero emissions.
