Glance brings AI-powered personalised shopping to iPhone and iPad through Siri

NEW DELHI: Glance, the AI-powered consumer platform backed by technology company InMobi, has introduced a personalised shopping experience for iPhone and iPad users through Siri AI and Apple Intelligence.

The integration follows the rollout of iOS 27 and allows users to access Glance’s shopping experience through Siri’s systemwide app actions. Users can make shopping requests in natural language and receive personalised product recommendations without having to switch between multiple apps.

Through Siri AI, users can ask Glance for recommendations based on their needs, occasions and preferences. Requests such as finding red shoes for a marathon or outfits for a vacation can trigger Glance’s personalised shopping experience, helping users move from product discovery to purchase.

Glance’s personal shopping experience uses insights from users’ preferences and previous interactions to provide recommendations. The platform is designed to combine inspiration, product discovery and shopping in a conversational interface.

“The future of commerce is moving beyond search toward agentic shopping, where AI understands what a person wants and helps them act on it in the moment,” said Naveen Tewari, Founder and CEO of InMobi and Glance. He said bringing Glance to Apple devices expands access to personalised shopping assistance across points where consumers discover products.

The updated Glance app also uses Apple Intelligence capabilities and Apple’s Liquid Glass design language to provide a consistent interface across iPhone and iPad. The company has also begun rolling out an on-device virtual try-on feature powered by Apple’s Core AI framework, which can generate images directly on compatible iPhones, including in offline scenarios.

According to Glance, the virtual try-on feature is being rolled out gradually and is expected to become available across eligible devices later this year.

Glance is currently integrated across smartphones, connected TVs and digital brand environments. The company said its distribution partnerships provide access to its AI-powered shopping platform across 60 million devices, primarily in the US.
