Tech Mahindra partners with PeaceHealth to build AI-driven, future-ready healthcare ecosystem

NEW DELHI: Tech Mahindra has partnered with PeaceHealth, a leading faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare system in the United States, to modernize and manage key technology operations as part of the health system’s long-term digital transformation.

Through the partnership, Tech Mahindra, along with its US-based healthcare subsidiary The HCI Group, will modernize and manage PeaceHealth’s critical IT operations spanning applications, infrastructure, data and cybersecurity. The collaboration aims to enhance operational resilience, scalability and efficiency while enabling PeaceHealth to focus on delivering quality patient care.

The partnership will leverage Tech Mahindra’s expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity, digital engineering and managed services, combined with its healthcare domain capabilities, to create a more resilient and future-ready technology ecosystem for PeaceHealth.

The collaboration further strengthens Tech Mahindra’s Healthcare and Life Sciences portfolio in North America and its position as a digital transformation partner for healthcare providers. The company supports more than 200 healthcare provider organizations across the United States, with capabilities spanning healthcare consulting, technology modernization and EHR implementation and support.

Tech Mahindra said its global delivery model, healthcare expertise and strong onshore presence position it to support large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives while ensuring operational continuity and improved experiences for caregivers and patients.
